Your order will get ready in our studio in Maine and brought to the post office within 1-3 business days, except stated otherwise for special orders. Orders shipping within the United States generally take 2–10 days.
International orders generally take 10–20 days, depending on customs and distances.
shipping rates
All orders ship primarily via USPS from Rockland, ME, USA. Shipping charges are auto-calculated by USPS and are based on the weight of your package. Domestic orders under 1-pound ship First-Class; over 1-pound ship Priority Mail. International orders under 4-pounds ship First-Class International; over 4-pounds ship Priority Mail International.
tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. It can take up to 24-hours before shipment tracking information posts.
returns & exchanges
We hope you will be very happy with your Isatopia product, but if not, get in touch within 10 days to set up the refund process. If there has been damages, or if you received the wrong item you will receive a full refund including all postage costs. However if you had a change of heart, you will be responsible for the new postage costs, an exchange or full refund of the product and initial shipping cost will be possible.
